Meal #4:
1 cup Green Beans
4 ounces Turkey Breast / White Meat

Meal #5:
1 tablespoon Flax Seeds

1 cup Broccoli
5 ounces Chicken Breast / White Meat
1 medium Salad - garden with tomato, onion
